Create your first service
Each appointment has to be linked to at least one service.
To create a new service, click "Services" in the main navigation on the left side of the screen.
Press the "New" button
... and then select "Service" from the dropdown.
You can also choose to create a new Category, but you can always do that later.

Set up the service
To create a service, you must give it at least a name and a duration in minutes.
However, you can also change the colour, type and price.

Service types
There are three types of services in Noona HQ:
- Normal, which assumes that no-one can be booked at the same time
- Normal with a pause, which creates a gap in the middle where another appointment can be booked.
- Flexible, that works just like normal, except that you can decide to "squeeze" in another appointment at any time during the appointment length. Clients can not book over flexible appointments online - just you.
Service prices
Finally, you have full control over your service pricing:
- Most services likely have a single list price. Of course, you can always give discounts from this price later.
- Some service have multiple price options, depending on some criteria. When selling this service, you must choose from one of these prices.
- Other services have a price range. The price of these services might depend on the usage of certain materials, or the time it ends up taking.
